Camera Ready Papers/Manuscripts for Track 1 & Track 2:                     4 May, 2016

In ENC 2016, authors may choose either to submit a full-paper for Track 1 (full-paper peer-review) or an extended abstract/short-paper/full-paper for Track 2 (light peer-review).

In Track 1:
full-papers will undergo a thorough peer-review process, and accepted papers will be included to both, the conference proceedings and also to the IEEE Xplore database. There is no pre-submission of abstracts for this Track.

In Track 2: extended abstract/short-paper/full-papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee for correctness, and authors will be notified about the acceptance. Manuscripts accepted to this Track will be included only in the conference proceedings.

(Please Note: Full-papers which are unsuccessful in the peer-review process (Track 1) with a narrow margin may still be invited for publication in the non-peer-reviewed track (Track 2). In this case, the paper will be included in the conference proceedings only).

The papers may be accepted for oral or poster presentation. The decision of the presentation format will be made by the program chairs, based on the comments from paper review. Independently of the presentation type, all accepted papers are included in the proceedings.

For each accepted paper an author or co-author must register before the paper can be presented. Only accepted, registered and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and/or submitted to the IEEE Xplore database.

Full-paper submission

The submission of a full-paper shall be in two-column format, maximum of 12 pages, as an A4 PDF file. The final paper format templates are here.

The final camera-ready submissions will have to go through a conformity checking by the IEEE PDF Xpress to comply with the IEEE PDF requirements:

To verify that your manuscript meets the IEEE specifications, register to the IEEE PDF eXpress service and check and upload your paper. Enter 35941XP to the 'Conference ID' field. Click 'Create New Title', type the title of your paper into the 'Enter Title Info' text box and click 'Submit PDF for Checking' or ' Submit Source Files for Conversion'. Browse the file and click 'Upload File'. You will receive a confirmation email of the successful upload. The PDF eXpress site will also collect the compatible files for generating the conference proceedings. If the paper does not pass the check, you will receive a report about your document. At the IEEE PDF eXpress web site, you can see the found errors and suggested corrections in great detail. Revise the document and check again with IEEE PDF eXpress. Iterate if necessary.

Fill in the IEEE Copyright Transfer Form:

After acceptance notification, the primary author of the accepted papers will receive an email from the IEEE Electronic Copyright (eCF) System with a weblink to sign and submit the the eCF. Please note that only those papers for which the eCF has been received will be eligible for presentation at the conference and inclusion in the IEEE Xplore database!
