Registration for 12th Convention of the International Confederation of Principals opens in October 23rd, 2014.  Participation at ICP 2015 is open to all principals, vice principals, school administrators or persons interested in important aspects of school leadership that embrace global concerns.

Please read the instructions and conditions given below.

Please note that all persons attending the Convention must register. All registration must be done using the online registration form. Reservations will be handled on a "first come - first served" basis. Each form is to be filled in individually by only one participant. If you have problems with completing the on-line-form, please contact the Convention secretariat:

Registration fees

All registration fees are in euro. They are invoiced by Confedent International Ltd (VAT FI 1065791-1) on behalf of the local organisers, The Finnish Association of Principals (VAT FI 0494129-7), who are exempted from VAT (Value Added Tax).

*Finnish National Board of Education supports Finnish Principals and is sponsoring 400 Principals´ or vice principals' registration to ICP 2015 with 200 000 euros.

Gala Dinner
tickets are sold for separate fee, the ticket price is Eur 95,00.

Convention delegate registration fee includes:
Full admission to all sessions during the four day Convention  
Convention lunches and coffees/refreshments during the breaks
Opening and Closing ceremonies
Entry to the exhibition area
Convention bag and material
Welcome reception on Monday, August 3rd
Helsinki City Reception on Tuesday, August 4th

Please note that the Gala Dinner on Wednesday, August 5th, is not included in the registration fee.

“Finnish Miracle” Keynote lecture

Please note that the Gala Dinner on Wednesday, August 5th, is not included in the accompanying person’s registration fee.

Payments and cancellation

Payment methods and terms

•    The acceptable payment methods are credit card or invoice.
•    The Convention fees should be fully paid in Euro by credit card at the same time with your registration or in due time if you request an invoice. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard. SSL secured credit card payment is possible through the Congress registration system.
•    The invoice reference number given on the invoice must show as identification on the bank transaction. The invoice will give all necessary international bank information for the bank transfer. Invoicing Fee 14 euro will be added to all invoices.
•    Registration and other reservations are confirmed only after the payment is received in full. Your registration and other reservation will be acknowledged via email with confirmation letter according to your registration form after the payment is received in full.

Cancellation of registration (participation, dinner etc.):

  • Cancellation received before or on March 9th - A cancellation fee of EUR50 per registration will be charged.
  • Cancellation received between March 9th and June 6th, 2015 – A cancellation fee equal to 50 % to be made if fees not already paid at time of cancellation.
  • Cancellation received after June 6th, 2015 - A cancellation fee of 100 % payment to be made if fees not already paid at time of cancellation.
  • There will be no refund for no-shows.
